By using tallowup.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Who can buy from us
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
Products
Our chamois cream is a cosmetic skincare product intended for topical use as directed. It is not a drug and is not
intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, we
recommend a small patch test before full use. Product colors and packaging shown on the Site may vary slightly from
what arrives.
Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely through
Shopify Payments at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected
fraud or a pricing error.
Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription option, your card will be charged automatically on the cadence you select at signup. You
can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account. Canceling stops future charges but
does not refund shipments already processed.
Wholesale accounts
Wholesale pricing is available only to approved business accounts. Applying requires accurate business information
and a valid resale certificate. We reserve the right to approve, deny, or revoke wholesale account status at our
discretion. Wholesale pricing is for resale in the ordinary course of the approved business's operations, not for
individual personal use.

Reviews and submitted content
If you submit a review, photo, or other content to the Site, you confirm it's genuinely yours to share and grant us a
non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display and use it in connection with marketing the products, on the Site and
elsewhere. We may remove any submitted content at our discretion.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and images — belongs to Tallow Up! Butt'r Cup or its licensors and
may not be used without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tallow Up! Butt'r Cup is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you
paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the
updated Terms.
