Tallow Up! Butt'r Cup (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Sacramento, California-based business selling natural chamois cream.

Order and account information: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and order history —
collected when you create an account, place an order, or subscribe to recurring shipments.
Payment information: we do not store your full card details. Payment is processed directly by Shopify Payments,
which handles and stores that information under its own security standards.
Wholesale application information: if you apply for a wholesale account, we collect your business name, business
type, contact details, and a resale certificate you upload for verification.
Communications: if you email us, message us through the Contact page, or sign up for our newsletter, we keep a
record of that correspondence and your email address.
Browsing and device information: pages viewed, referring site, browser type, and approximate location, collected
automatically through cookies and similar technology — see the Cookie Policy below for detail.
Reviews: if you submit a product review, including any photos, through our reviews app, we collect and display the
content you choose to submit.
How we use your information
• To process and fulfill orders, including sharing your shipping details with our carrier through Pirate Ship
• To create and manage your customer account, including showing you your own order history
• To manage recurring subscription orders, including billing and shipment scheduling
• To review and approve wholesale account applications

• To send our newsletter and occasional promotional emails, only to people who sign up — every email includes
an unsubscribe link

Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the Site and store
actually work:
• Shopify — hosts the Site and processes orders and payments
• Pirate Ship — generates shipping labels and tracking using your shipping address
• Loox — manages product reviews and review photos
• Smile.io — manages our rewards/loyalty program
• Hulk Form Builder — processes wholesale applications, including uploaded resale certificates
Each of these providers only receives the information needed to do their job and has their own privacy practices.

obligations. Wholesale application documents, including resale certificates, are kept for as long as deemed necessary for order history.

We use industry-standard measures, including those provided by Shopify's platform, to protect your information. No
method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
