Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we make returns simple and hassle-free.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. We want you riding comfortably — if Butt'r Cup isn't working for you, we'll make it right.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Unopened jars are eligible for a full refund.
- Opened jars are eligible for a full refund if you're unsatisfied — we trust you.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
Contact Us
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days.
Ship It Back
Once approved, pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Get Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.
